About MaintOrbit
We build the operating system for the factory floor.
MaintOrbit helps industries manage assets, plan maintenance, run inspections and track work orders — and watch their equipment report its own condition live, from one unified platform.

Our mission
Maintenance runs on information that's trapped — in spreadsheets, paper checklists, and people's heads. We founded MaintOrbit to bring it into one place and put it to work: a complete asset register, scheduled inspections, and work orders that turn maintenance from reactive firefighting into planned, predictable work.
But a maintenance record only ever tells you what already happened. So MaintOrbit watches the machines themselves — energy meters, AHUs, generators and other connected equipment streaming live readings over MQTT, TCP or HTTP, checked against the thresholds you set and escalated the moment one is crossed.
The maintenance plan and the live condition of the plant sit in one place, so decisions come from what the equipment is actually doing right now — not from what the last inspection sheet said. See how live monitoring works.

What we value
We start on the floor
Every feature is measured against whether it helps an operator or maintenance lead do their job better.
One system, not ten
We believe the answer to tool sprawl is consolidation on one data model — not another integration.
Outcomes over features
Downtime reduced, maintenance compliance up, work orders closed faster. If it doesn't move a number, it doesn't ship.
Machines should report themselves
A reading copied off a panel once a shift is out of date before it is written down. Equipment should report its own condition continuously — and tell someone the moment it goes wrong.
See MaintOrbit running on your operation.
We'll show the platform against a plant like yours and tailor the session to your industry and assets.
No commitment. We'll never share your details.
